How can I pay my order?

We accept Visas and Mastercards. Fan’s songs are also encouraged and welcome.

What regions can I get my order delivered to and what are the costs?

You are going abroad but you still want to support Red Star? No worries, we deliver to Europe (12,50), to the rest of the world (22,50) or to France (6,50).

I have made a purchase but haven’t received a confirmation email yet. Why?

Like during a match, it can happen that many supporters are rushing to get their diverse supporters gear. As a result of this, there could be a slight delay with the confirmation emails being sent. We apologise! Check that the email address you have listed is correct, and then check your spam mail. Still no mail received? At Red Star, a fan never waits: contact us at [email protected]

Do you accept returns?

Yes, and according to article L121-20 from the Code of Consommation, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to change your mind. 14 days is a lot of time, you can go around the world and back, or watch 224 matches.
Don’t forget to return your purchase in the wrapping it came in and in its original state for all exchanges or returns to not accrue penalties. You will have to cover the return fee, but don’t worry, we will take good care of your package.

Will I have to pay customs taxes on my order?

You are in luck, no customs or import taxes are to be expected for a delivery in Europe. However, outside of Europe, we are sorry to inform you that you might have to pay some form of customs taxes. Red Star does not cover customs or import taxes that might have to be payed, which is expected to be covered by the purchaser.

Can I track my order?

Yes, we know, it is always annoying and frustrating to have to wait for an order. No need to keep checking your doorstep every hour, once your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number Colissimo on the email you have listed during the purchase…. Don’t thank us!
